Expired Meat
You rifle through the freezer and what do you find? Lots and lots of expired meat. Expensive meat that you simply throw in the trash, right? Cha Ching$$! Then again, maybe not, i.e., provided you have The Burger Buddy handy because The Burger Buddy can help reconstitute that old meat even after its cooked by reducing off-flavors from freezer burn and rancid fat. Now I am not advocating eating expired meat on a regular basis, but if push comes to shove and there isn’t anything else in the house, you might want to try this out. I have done it myself and have yet to regret it. In one case, I used just plain simmering hot water to clean up old stew beef and added to it soup. In another case, I took some old butterfly pork chops and turned them into a really nice meal using some inexpensive beer. Check out the pictures to see what I’m talking about.
